Noted-Dent is a Perth-based technology platform built specifically for dentists, using AI to automate clinical documentation and give practitioners back over two hours every day. When they came to us, they had a strong product and a clear value proposition, but a social presence that was virtually non-existent: 20 followers and no content strategy. The brief was to launch their brand on social media with intention, building an engaged audience from the ground up across Instagram and Facebook.
We approached this in phases. First, establishing the visual and content language for the brand on social, making sure every post felt consistent with the professional, results-driven tone of the product. From there, we moved into active content production: designing posts and carousels to educate and engage dentists, and filming and editing short-form video reels to build reach and personality. Organic social is one part of a broader conversion flow, so awareness was the primary objective. Every piece of content was created to stop the scroll, communicate a clear message, and build familiarity with the Noted-Dent brand among their target audience of dental professionals.
