How Ridiculous is a globally recognised YouTube team whose mascot, Rexy, has become an iconic part of their brand. They wanted fresh imagery for their website that would showcase Rexy in a way that felt true to their story and connected with their audience.
The Challenge
The goal wasn’t just to capture standard mascot or product shots, but to create images that reflected the brand’s personality and the story behind Rexy. The photography needed to feel fun, approachable, and professional — matching the scale of How Ridiculous’ platform.
The Solution
Working alongside the Rexy team, I photographed a series of scenes using props and setups they had prepared. My focus was on capturing high-quality, engaging imagery that highlighted Rexy’s character while keeping the shots versatile for web use. The final collection gave How Ridiculous a strong bank of images that elevated their website and told their story visually.
